Camping World is seeking a BG Team Lead for our growing team.
The Call Center Trainer is required to design, develop, facilitate and deliver course instruction to call center employees in a professional and effective manner. Proper execution of these responsibilities will improve both individual and organizational performance while building on company goals and expectations.
What You'll Do:
Provide assistance to reps who may have customer service and technical questions
Monitors agents to ensure call/email/chat productivity is bring met using Call Center applications
Involved in coaching sessions with QA Monitors as to provide a direct presence
Works with Workforce Coordinator to ensure reps are off phones at allowed times
Provide primary assistance with customers who request supervisor involvement or any calls, chats or emails where management intervention is required.
Recommend new ideas for process improvement
Assist with overflow order entry and CS calls, chats and emails as needed
Various special projects, as assigned
Completes other duties as assigned
Pay Range:
$17.10-$20.31 Hourly
