The RV Mobile Technician is responsible for ensuring customer repairs and installation are completed promptly, thoroughly and to the manufacturer's specifications, ensuring prompt turnaround and completion of the job.
Responsibilities include:
RV Mobile Service technician must have the ability to repair, install and troubleshoot the following areas on RV's (not limited to): appliances, HVAC/Roof mounted AC Systems, electrician and electrical systems, plumbing, water, heating systems, propane systems, interior carpentry, and countertops, slide out systems, generators, satellite systems, roof, hitches.
Present a clean, professional image to customers always and demonstrate great care and respect for their RV.
Ensure that the warranty process is complete before leaving the customer's site. This includes, but is not limited to: supplier diagnostic forms, pictures, and parts returned promptly as required.
Accountable for van inventory reconciliation and accuracy always -- promptly reporting any shortage/overage to the Parts and Warranty Manager along with an inventory reason of why.
Ensure that the respective customer job is done prior to leaving the site to include items listed above, warranty submissions sent to the Warranty Administrator, parts and/or parts discrepancies for that job are reported promptly, shop supplies are applied, and any items purchased outside the system at local stores are added appropriately to the invoice.
Accountable for invoices being accurate with all part numbers and that the Complaint, Cause and Correction are noted accordingly.
Responsible for the care of the Company vans -- knowing and understanding this is an asset of the Company that each technician is entrusted for the care of that van to include: cleanliness (inside and out) as that is our brand, parts removed from customers are promptly returned to the supplier/manufacturer or destroyed, repairs are promptly completed.
Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers units.
Requirements:
3 years of technician experience is a requirement -- certification or working toward certification is desired or the equivalent of work experience.
Ability to travel and work independently with minimal to no supervision.
Ability lift more than 75 pounds with bending, twisting, climbing ladders etc.
Computer literacy is required as well as having the tools to perform the job successfully.
Strong creative thinking and critical thinking skills
The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at one time.
Display a positive, can-do attitude and demonstrate that every day.

Annual Compensation Range of $70,000 to $80,000.
Pay Range:
$20.90-$50.23 Hourly
